after running cobbler replicate --master=node 2 --sync-all

all repo's are replicated as it should to node 2 but when running
cobbler reposync it fails

output is :

running: /usr/bin/debmirror --nocleanup --verbose ~ --ignore-release-gpg ~ --method=http --host=archive.ubuntu.com --root=/ubuntu --dist=xenial,xenial-updates,xenial-security --section=main,universe /var/www/cobbler/repo_mirror/ubuntu-16-server-hwe-x86_64 --nosource -a amd64

as you can see there is a "~"
this ~ is not visible in the frontend

running into this issue on centos 7.3
