Setting "desktop" incorrectly remembers mobile viewport orientation #1

There’s a bug in the way I’m remembering/reinstating mobile viewport orientation.

To reproduce:

Load shapeshifter.
Change to a mobile viewport.
Change the orientation to landscape.
Change back to desktop viewport.
Reload the page.

Result:

The mobile viewport icons will all set the viewport to portrait.
Changing to a mobile viewport (will make it portrait), and then refreshing swaps the orientation back to landscape.

Expected result:

The mobile viewport icons should all set the viewport to landscape, without having to refresh
