[3.3.0]切换场景，会出现场景数据需要保存问题

出现该弹窗后点击应用，切换到其他场景，再切换又会出现该弹窗。不是稳定重现的，用ctrl+R刷新下编辑器就不会出现该弹窗。

@lizhiyu-me 这些问题都有在处理的，不过因为复现的概率以及复现的原因不明，所以还没有处理好，issue上就暂时没有同步信息。
These problems are being dealt with, but because the probability of recurrence and the reasons for recurrence are unknown, they have not yet been dealt with, and there is no synchronization information on the issue for the time being.

这个问题一般发生在版本升级后。目前 3.x 编辑器对待判定数据是否为脏，存在一定的缺陷，如果出现了版本升级有可能要在新版本中保存一次，否则会把旧版本的场景永远视为脏。后续我们会进行优化。
