As a user,
I would like to run a command that collets past commits automatically as then I would see history data in the portal with reports showing the trends and progress

  • collect report & if configured portal also upload
  • support for selecting branch
  • collect by number of commits from the latest in target branch
  • collect by date in range today till provided time in past
