Resteemed content has been disabled and is automatically filtered out. Some users have accounts that are aggregated content by using resteems. Need to look at the best way to reimplement resteemed content.

Perhaps a new route/view that is /@:username/resteem/:permlink and pulls in external content and displays it with info that it is a resteem from X

should also be a setting to enable/disable
