Add both front-end and back-end into project

Right now, I'm working from branch: https://github.com/code4sac/trash-ai/tree/cleanup-boilerplate-code
This has all the original project history of both the previous repositories.
Took me some time to figure out how to get Heroku to work with multiple Procfiles in the same repo but I finally came across this buildpack: https://elements.heroku.com/buildpacks/lstoll/heroku-buildpack-monorepo
So far, I've got the Frontend code to work on Heroku so now I'm switching to get the Backend up and running.
