"Occurrence" Improvements Ideas

This is more of an improvement towards "Occurrence" I feel that there should be a translatable for other languages as this would greatly help other server owners in terms of getting their proper translations. Also, being able to disable "Occurrence" many players will quickly assume that it's an actual chance written in the config settings for that item. Getting confused by the concept of "Occurrence" For the sake of simplicity being able to switch between "Occurrence" and "Chance" whereas Chance are displayed in lores like Occurrence. However, Chance displays the actual chance that is written in config.
