In exercise view, Get Hint button is only clickable when one (or more) answer space is blank/ not filled out.

Expected behavior: Have Get Hint function always available

From gender mag walkthrough, this is problematic b/c ignores the use case in which a user filled in all answers, clicked submit, and tried to get a hint before removing a wrong answer.
