Does this replace or close https://github.com/codeforboston/clean-slate/issues/107 ?

Hi all! Apologies if redundant (as I missed the meeting tonight) but is the project-wide documentation separate/different from the app side?

If not, I believe I've already done this in the Welcome Documentation GoogleDoc - I just called it 'onboarding questions' as that's what the prior docs called it.

@srsexton94 the documentation was separate, but we decided last week that for now we'll just lean on the one document for questions since there are not enough of us to monitor and answer 3 different documents. So we'll focus on the single document you linked to in the welcome documentation.

Ah I wasn't aware there were others beyond that one, thanks for clarifying!
