gh-pagesのデプロイ以外の部分を実行してみるGitHub Actionがないと困る #376

gh-pagesはmasterにpushされた時にしか実行されない
他のブランチをマージしたら壊れてましたみたいなことがありがち
全ブランチでgh-pagesのdeployの直前まで実行してみるようなGitHub Actionsがあると良さそう
