Feature Description:

Create Partners section of homepage containing 2 mini-sections:

• Our Partners
  • TAO MUST BE ON TOP & DIFFERENT LAYOUT to be a "feature" of sorts
  • Each partner will contain boxs/divs/containers with logos and text
