Hi, I am very confused with this plugin.

the maintenance mode won't go away, I get to visit the wp-login.php page but nothing happens when I insert username & pass, it redirects me to the maintenance mode.

I have cleaned up the site and set up a subdomain showing in the same directory as my main domain name. The subdirectory works just fine but the main domain keeps showing the maintenance page.

I can't find the files anywhere. There is no wp maintenance folder on my server!!!!

Please help me, its seems to have taken over the domain name, how is that possible.

Here's the main domain: www.ukmed.gr
Here's the subdomain: ukmed2.ukmed.gr

Thank you for your help,
Zeta

have you deleted the folder wp-content/plugins/wp-maintenance-mode ?

Your main domain shows a database connection error. Are you sure you did not mess up you wp-config.php in any way?

There are no such files!
I have searched everywhere, no wp-maintenance-mode to be found!!

The problem seems to be on the domain, as my subdomain directing to the very same folder is working just fine.

What do you see exaclty? I don't mind if there's a data base problem, I only need to get rid of the maintenance page.

Thank you for your help

Did you use the stable version from wordpress.org or a development version from GitHub?

I used the stable version. We have cleaned up the site, still we have some problems but you should check the plugin for bugs.

thank you for your help

You have a problem with your absolute paths.

For example:
http://www.ukmed.gr/june13/wp-content/themes/IdeaBusinessShop/style.css

is what is in your source code and seems to be wrong. Maybe that can help you

@zetpap do you habe caching active? Maybe a cache from PHP or a cache plugin on your install? Caching plugins caching also the maintenance mode splash page!

You are right! Where can I check that?

Deactivate all plugins or the fastest way, rename the folder plugins and no plugin works. Also check files in wp-content, maybe dropins for add caching.
