for the project generation, the project will be taken from the .wordpress-starter directory in user home folder
every people can write their own theme starter template and compile it without needing different logic for each
and it will build the project from the template theme folder without attemp to get grunt/gulp templates
the tests that was erroring: "Path must be string."
and the generator feature is almost ready

Introduced new option to generate themes from custom templates placed in home folder under
.wordpress-starterdirectory.Option called --template which accept a string.
