Include codemeta definitions on the context file

Ideally, we should have a machine-readable representation of the context which includes the definitions of the terms, together with their domain and range. An immediate benefit of this is that we can automatically create the documentation page for terms. In addition, it will help keeping the correspondence between definitions in different codemeta versions.
