extends keyword is declared twice in javascript.js / typescript mode #3667

While putting together #3666, I've noticed the extends keyword is declared twice, once in jsKeywords and once in tsKeywords (in the isTS branch). Should it be removed or is there a good reason why it's there twice?

Nope, that was just something I missed when I added ES6 support. Fixed by attached patch.
