Selecting, formatting and commenting issues in IE9 with v3 #857

There seem to be some issues with version 3 in IE9:

You need to click twice to deselect the selected code
The demo itself doesn't seem to be working properly, the code disappears on focus
If only part of the code is selected (not the entire), after formatting and focusing, the code that was NOT selected disappears
After applying comments to the selected code and focusing, the closing comment tag disappears
