Setswipeactivated on windows phone

I have tab withthree tabContainers. In one of the tabContainer, I have a List.
Structure-: Tab[Tab Icon, Tab Text Positioned Center)->TabContainer(BorderLayout)->Contains List(center) [ the list is directly placed inside the Tab Container.
SetSwipeActivated (true).
When trying to scroll in the list, the tabs gets moved to the next tab. Its too senstitive.
In case of Android n iOS, i can set the swipeActivated (false) but in case of windows Phone, where there is Text instread of Tab Icon, SetSwipeActivated (false) will not be suitable.
As, when I am in the third tab, i am unable to see the First Tab Text( in this case i need SetSwipeActivated (true).
