CEF Doesn't work on arch linux #3374

Arch Linux is a specifically problematic distribution of Linux and it seems CEF just doesn't work there:

I'm not sure if this is something we should fix as there's currently a (flawed) workaround but it's something we should be aware of.

This is fixed by migrating to maven which handles LD_PATH properly.
