How to preload some images

I tried calling setImages with base64 array. It did load the images but component did not show the images until I click the add image and add another fresh images.
Any idea how to override a refresh?

Can you post a sample code of your implementation? Ideally, any update should trigger a rerender. Steps to reproduce and a gif would help
