Seems like @2c279ed19a94c00f9f4ec326f509355a42ad96e1 broke the import of the Util module, replacing "util-io" with "../util", thereby breaking a fresh install of minify. Let me know if you need more details.

Thank you. Fixed in v1.2.7. Just reinstall minify.
