请问如何在下拉刷新中的时候，上拉的时候，停止刷新？ #44

比如，正在下拉刷新。。。，此时滑动到顶部的时候，自动停止，即不再刷新。

需要自己判断滑到顶部，当滑动到底部时，调用[self.tableView headerEndRefreshing];
