Continuously charged after cancelling subscription, cancellation button does not show up on Patron page even after signing in #2592

Update: A+ for customer service helping to cancel my recurring payment and refund me for the past two months shortly after contacting them. So my issue is resolved I guess, thank you. |

🐛 bug report
Description of the problem
I subscribed for a paid account with Codesandbox on July 2nd then cancelled my subscription a few weeks later and lost access to Patron only features as expected after a month of use as expected. But I just realized that I have continued to be billed as a Patron for the past two months even though I no longer have access to any Patron only features! In addition, the Cancel button does not show up for me even after signing in with my Github on the Patron page.
How has this issue affected you? What are you trying to accomplish?
I would like to both cancel my recurring payment immediately, as well as apply for a refund for the past two months.
