As an administrator I want to have information at hand about the usage of the app for our decision about the renewal of the license.

Gathering Data

What data can we gather during task creation?

Which user created the subtask?
In which project was the subtask created?
Which subtask was created?
If a template was used which one?
When was the subtask created?

Statistics

Templates:

Number of user templates
Number of global templates
Number of project templates

Subtasks:

Number of total subtasks created
Number of subtasks created per user / per project

(We need to inform that statistics are only gathered since a given version…)

Workflows:

Number of workflow transitions using Multiple Subtasks for Jira
