HashUtility -> DB Call is broken and call undefined variable "$whereClause" #13

On Version 2.3.0 throw two errors:
"Core: Exception handler (WEB): Uncaught TYPO3 Exception: Class name must be a valid object or a string | Error thrown in file /htdocs/typo3conf/ext/cdsrc_bepwreset/Classes/Utility/HashUtility.php in line 57. Requested URL: http://example.com/typo3/index.php?commandRS=change&hash=04a5925c608d9eff5c4465093ed90931dac2a75f"

And
"Undefined variable: $whereClause in /htdocs/typo3conf/ext/cdsrc_bepwreset/Classes/Utility/HashUtility.php in line 62"

On Version 2.2.0 all work.
