Changes in "Create New Job"

1. Implement "Search Assigned Tradesperson".
2. When I click Create, there is no alert saying the job is created.
3. When clicking MENU -> All Jobs, I came across an exception but cannot be replicated every time. I have to refresh the page to view all jobs.

UPDATE:

• As per communicated with Engramar, the can just omit the field to lookup for the tradesperson name for the time being.
• This ticket has been completed, final UAT needed to be initiated tomorrow before making a PR.
• The issue raised in # above has been logged as a ticket When the Token/LocalStorage Expires the user is not redirected to the login page #72
