CodeTriage has a nice overview of "Repositories you are currently helping". It's also great that you can select how many issues/day you want to receive for each repository separately.
It would be helpful though if you could see how many issues you have configured per repository in this overview.
Here's a rough idea of what this might look like:
And perhaps the number itself could be a button-type thing so it turns into the same drop-down box with the save button that you have on the detail page.
I'd be happy to code this up if the idea is accepted.

Interesting idea, I could see that being helpful. As it's mocked up it reads more (to me) like "codetriage is generating 3 issues/day" rather than "I'm receiving 3 issues/day." I'm not sure if @schneems is interested in the feature in general. If he is I think that would need to be addressed.
Also, I do like the idea of making that an actionable element. As a dropdown/save combo my concern is that it might be a little tricky to look nice and also be accessible, but that's a design concern that I'm sure can be sorted out.
I guess it comes down to if @schneems is interested in the idea.
Realistically I think I would like to split out the page for seeing the repos you subscribe to and a page for viewing/searching repos as being separate.
I think I would like to see all the repos I subscribe to in a list format with the ability to take actions on them such as change issue count or unsubscribe.
