The auto start on windows login is not working. I made sure the shortcut is located in the startup folder. I am using Windows 8.1 x64 Enterprise. I also turned off UAC and have no luck.

Sadly (as far as I know) autostart is not possible this way on Windows 8 as the startup-folder is totally ignored. A possible workaround is to create a task in the taskscheduler to start the program on login.

I don't think the start-up folder is completely ignored, I do have an AutoHotkey script that runs fine from it. But there is a permissions / UAC issue that breaks it for many programs. I'm currently using the Task Scheduler workaround and it does the trick.

This is odd it was working fine in the previous release, I haven't touched that code since I added it. I'll look into a work around, I originally started with a registry edit but this was ignored on windows 7 thus why I chose to just make a short cut.
