Retire "Psychic Guesser for the guessing game"

Kata Psychic Guesser for the guessing game cannot be upddated to C# 10 due to changed behavior of runtime: it is not allowed anymore (actually, never has been, but it worked in older runtimes) to modify values of static readonly fields with reflection.
