Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://deploy-preview-1583--editor-js.netlify.app/
  2. Click at the bottom of the editor

Editor.js version: 2.19.2-rc.2 (ready to be 2.19.2-rc.3)

The bug is kind of critical.
If you have a block that use line break, you can't use return key to create a new block.
For exemple, if you have only one Code block, there's no other way to delete the Code block to get the default row, create a second row with return key and recreate the Code block.

It seems strange that my document does not allow users to create blocks, but this is my requirement.

And it happens I think from 2.19.2
