Добавить кнопку в тулбар, рядом с настройками блока
При клике — дописывать на ce_block класс removing-request , который делает блок полупрозрачным, а кнопка удаления становится красной (показано на макете)
При повтором клике на уже красную кнопку удаления — блок удаляется
