Add colour to output

Output lacks colour / formatting and could be centralised into a proper library.

@Anon-Exploiter you're welcome to work on this, I tend to only work on this project (for active new development) over hacktoberfest each year. If you'd like to take a shot at it in the meantime, a pull request would be very welcome.

That's ok, I'm moving this project towards being an interlace file with a companion project anyway. Closing this in favour of that, watch this space.
