To work on Gnome 3.32, some Lang.Class objects were needed to be converted to ES6 class syntax.
A use of Shell.GenericContainer, which is obsoleted, has been replaced by St.Widget.
Since the panel menu icon was aligned top in the panel, I adjusted the vertical alignment.
This PR fixes issue #416 together with #417.
