Implement SSL configuration

Scenario

Secure communication is a must for a lot of companies these days and we should make sure this module supports configuring InfluxDB in a secure way.

Items to consider

• • SSL cert generation is not the responsibility for this module, but it should support placing SSL certs in the right places and locking them down with the correct permissions.
• • Determine how this would be integration tested, should this a be a custom fact? When the fact would be true that means SSL is setup and working on the influxdb node.
