I think the scope of these block types are beyond the core Cofoundry offering and we should extract them into plugins. In particular the YouTube block needs an API key to provide the best user experience here, and have access to fields like description and video sizes.

These have now been extracted to Cofoundry.Plugins.Vimeo and Cofoundry.Plugins.YouTube
