There are a number of questions around how best to represent various items that are important for sample selection. Can someone help out the django-cognoma team to specify the best way to put these into the database that the front end can access?

See cognoma/core-service#2

Okay we have an open task (#10) to process the clinical matrix dataset. We won't be able to provide much more information to the django team until we make progress on that task.

The sample attribute information is now available in data/samples.tsv. The frontend is probably interested in every variable besides maybe patient_id.
