Hi @gmichalo, this is removed in medcat v1, if you still want to use it please install the old version of MedCAT - otherwise please have a look at the tutorial (jupyter notebooks in this repo) to understand how the new version works. Unfortunately, the towardsdatascience blog posts were not updated to the newest version of medcat.
I tried to use the command
that I found in the MedCAT article:
