Describe the solution you'd like

Sending a regular email (e.g. via web interface) from a COI user in a chat conversation (so responding with a normal mail client) should also appear in coi chat history of the sender. Otherwise the sender is not able to follow the complete conversation in coi chat, if parts of the conversation was sent via email by himself. I think it would be great for the user experience, if it doesn't matter which client is used for the conversation.
