api not working? #15

Have wordpress 4.0 + woocommerce 2.2.4

Although the system was working all good, it has stopped yesterday.

When a customer clicks "proceed to coinbase", it redirects to coinbase.com with a message "the item is no longer available"

I've checked my api keys and stuff, everything is working okay.

Is this problem still occurring for you? Is it affecting everyone on your site? Did you recently upgrade wordpress or woocommerce? Are you using the latest version of the coinbase-woocommerce plugin (v2.1.1)?

  • coinbase-woocommerce: 2.1.1
  • woocommerce: 2.2.4
  • wordpress 4.0

Yes

Is it affecting everyone on your site?
Yes, nobody can checkout

Did you recently upgrade wordpress or woocommerce?
Yes, I applied latest woocommerce 2.2.4 upgrade.

I'm not able to reproduce this error using those same versions. Is this only affecting people using coinbase to checkout? Do you have a screenshot you could share with me?

My site only uses coinbase as payment gateway.

Tried creating an api key with my personal account and also got the same error.

I see. This seems to be an issue with your Coinbase account(s), not the plugin itself. Please contact support@coinbase.com and they'll help you out.
