We are building a minipay platform on Celo blockchain. Celo blockchain is a layer 2 (L2) blockchain which is built on Ethereum ERc20. The key component of our platform will include; ¹ Smartmarketx.io minipay to solve the problems of cash transactions/payment in Nigeria and sync with the central bank of Nigeria (CBN) cashless policy and the Central bank based digital currency (CBDC) the eNaira.
