As much as I dislike the way this is stored, we should consider adding the opening_hours=* tag so it's at least visible in the app. It should just be a text field, and have a description field that contains details from the wiki on how to enter this field.

This is deprecated but there's data out in the wild with this tag. Consider adding it so it doesn't appear blank. Or we could just intentionally leave it out so people are tempted to change it to something more meaningful.
