add GETNEXTVAL to unixsock plugin

This would permit clients to iterate through the cache, without storing the whole content.
There would need to be a safeguard so that there is an end to looping through all values

Essentially this asks for pagination. This would be useful, but since there hasn't been any traction for (almost) eight years, I'll close it.
