Limit stored deals to only enabled accounts

If someone creates tons of profiles based on the same API keys they could end up having deals duplicated tremendously. This doesn't pose an issue until you get around 100k completed deals. Need to adjust the deal sync to only pull the enabled account and store it. May require additional logic when changing accounts.

The only downside here is a quick swap of accounts in a profile would require a sync. So additional UI logic to show its downloading deals would be required.
