Doesn't seem to work if not on the first page of the form

In multi page forms image generation seems to work only if on the first page of the form.
Otherwise getting an error on fetching the image.

Uh...I guess I have to admit, that we haven't tested the extension with a multi step form. 😊

thanks for coming by and asking. Unfortunately, this isn't our highest priority, because multi step forms are a rather edge case - at least for us. But you are welcome to contribute. :)
