Suggestion: Store model information in Workflow API JSON for API Pipelines

Hi everyone
Workflow API JSON for API Pipelines is the main way ComfyUI workflows are shared online.

we can export API JSON using the "Save (API Format)" button in comfyui
but It's a bit difficult to get the exact information of the used models from this API JSON.

so I think it would be better to include the hash information of the models to detect current models as followings

from this, I changed some codebase for this model hashing

Please let me know if this is a good choice.
is it possible for me to push my code to the current Comfy codebase?
