Confluencer disables local images

This is a great tool that I use daily. I recently discovered the confluence option and used it to convert some image-less documents. Then some time later, went back to work on MD docs with images. None of the images displayed. All I could see was
!image.svg!
To get them back I disabled confluence in /config. But it took a while to figure out what had happened. Perhaps there is some documentation that could mention this?

Confluence needs the images being uploaded separately. So if you switch on the confluencer option than no images can't be displayed. Instead a hidden macro is displayed which expects the image as attachment.
The option can be enabled via cli option -c, see https://github.com/commenthol/md-fileserver/blob/master/man/mdstart.md
Make sure that the node instance running md-fileserver is stopped (e.g. use killall node) before running with another option.
