Cannot install with commerceguys/addressing 0.5

This package requires the dev-master version of commerceguys/addressing - I therefore cannot install version 0.5 of that package:

Can the composer.json requirement be changed to ~0.5 (for stable releases) or * (any version)?

Note that this won't matter until I tag v0.6 (tax requires zone v0.5 which requires addressing dev-master)

As a result of this I am now getting:

commerceguys/zone dev-master requires commerceguys/addressing ~0.5 -> no matching package found.

I cannot reproduce the fail, let's keep this on HipChat.

As discovered this was a conflict with the Drupal Address module which specified a version and works by changing it to "*"
