Reverse the order that commits are listed in when multiple are in a single push

Order commits oldest to newest when multiple are in an embed for a push, like how the GitHub bot does it.

This makes it look as if commit f4616df happened before 77d5b05 which is not the case. It looks this way when compared with other push messages since discord orders messages downwards.
