Hi @OpenGreenStreet!
We try to monitor, but it is true that we do not monitor as regularly as we should.
That page is meant to be an easy way for users to provide feedback without having to create a GitHub account. People who have a GitHub account should rather create issues on GitHub directly.
As you know we are all volunteers, and our time is best spent coding.
So we are actually looking for volunteers who would monitor that page, and create GitHub issues when bugs get reported for the latest app version (version can be seen in each post's title). Would you be able to do this? :-)

What is the user problem or growth opportunity you want to see solved?
Just one question:
Here ( https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Mobile_app/Feedback ) there are some open things documented. I'm not sure this is regularly monitored by the developers ( https://pageviews.wmcloud.org/?project=commons.wikimedia.org&platform=all-access&agent=user&redirects=0&range=latest-365&pages=Commons:Mobile_app/Feedback )?
Could resolved issues/implemented suggestions be marked here ( https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Mobile_app/Feedback )?
How do you know that this problem exists today? Why is this important?
Depends on whether I spend the time to document problems in the future.
Who will benefit from it?
I think that would be important for the quality of the app.
Anything else you would like to add?
