[Bug]: Uploading feedback via app does not work

Summary

It is currently not possible to upload feedback via the app, but uploading images works (see also: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Mobile_app/Feedback#Feedback_from_Molgreen_for_version_4.2.1~14b6c455b_2)

Strangely it is working for me with the latest branch: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Mobile_app/Feedback#Feedback_from_Syced_for_version_4.2.1-debug-psh-psh/data-client-simplification~98b42a52e

This might be due to a language-dependent bug (I am using English locale) or some other environment difference.

Anyone able to reproduce the issue? If yes please describe your environment, thanks!

I have just rebooted the smartphone again and searched the Play Store for a more up-to-date version (none available). The error occurs "reliably" for me.

If you momentarily switch the OS and app language to English, does it work?

I have set inface language and description language to English. The error still occurs for me.

If you tell me what a "logcat" is, how I can create a "logcat" and how I can then send it to you.

I have just sent (exactly at 7:00) a CommonsAppLogs.zip by e-mail. Is that what you need?

I noticed one minor detail, i.e., in your second screenshot (this one), at the top, it's saying no uploads yet. But, down there it seems you already uploaded some images.
I think that this is a Wikimedia server issue which causing the failure of feedback uploads. Also, can you please copy the content of the log file CommonsAppLogs and paste it here in the comments :)

It will help us understand the problem better 🙂
