Thanks to great feature of @psh ( #857 ), now we are able to use beta cluster. Thus I wonder restrictions of using commons beta, not to vandalise. What are our restrictions by using our new feature? Can we

  • Upload same photos several times?
  • Upload with bad title/description/categories?
